Michael brings two decades of experience contributing to social and environmental progress through understanding how systems work, developing lasting solutions to complex problems, and taking nascent strategies to successful implementation. Michael currently serves as the Chief Operations Officer at Bat Conservation International, where he leads a compassionate team that provides foundational support to end bat extinctions worldwide.
Michael previously worked at The Nature Conservancy, where he helped drive improvements to its business systems and processes. Michael also worked in the for-profit sector, where he led small and start-up companies to build their business operations from scratch. Michael has an MBA with a focus on social value creation.
