Brenda has owned and managed Venstar, LLC for over 20 years. Venstar, LLC is the holding company for the commercial real estate investments of Ms. Quaye in Minnesota. The company owns and manages a portfolio of 200,000 square feet of office, warehouse and retail space originally constructed by Ms. Quaye and +/- 20 acres of developable land.
Ms. Quaye has held leadership positions in several nonprofit organizations. She received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Boston University and her Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. In a spare time, Brenda enjoys boating and traveling the world.
