Natasha is a British-born Jamaican-Nigerian and the founder of Quest Advisory Africa, a consulting firm dedicated to empowering governments, NGOs, and businesses across Africa to execute their strategic goals and maximize social impact.  With an international career spanning global philanthropy, development, and the private sector, Natasha brings a wealth of experience to her advisory work. 

Natasha spent eight years at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation as Deputy Director and Regional Representative for West and Central Africa based in Abuja and Johannesburg.  In this role she led government relations and supported the Foundation’s thematic teams in expanding their impact across 24 countries. Prior to this, she served as Regional Director for West and Central Africa with Save the Children International and Oxfam, where she oversaw programs across countries including Nigeria, Mali, Senegal, and the DRC. As Regional Director for Central Africa at WWF, Natasha advanced conservation and climate initiatives from Yaoundé, Cameroon. 

Her career began in the private sector, where she held leadership roles such as Director of Strategic Planning for Nike Inc. EMEA (Amsterdam) and The Walt Disney Company EMEA (Paris). She also worked in investment banking with Wall Street firms, including Salomon Brothers and Dean Witter Reynolds. 

Natasha holds an MBA from the Wharton School of Business and a BSc in Chemistry from Leeds University. She has furthered her studies at, HEC and Institut d’Études Politiques in France and IMD Switzerland. Natasha’s career reflects her commitment to driving sustainable impact across Africa and beyond.
