Supporting the Next Generation of Young Leaders: Multi-Country Approaches to Youth Programming

When adolescents and youth make “empowering choices” around their sexual and reproductive lives, they create pathways to greater agency and self-determination throughout and well after their transition into adulthood.

In celebration of World Contraception Day 2024, join Pathfinder and young leaders as we share impact stories from three projects working to expand access to comprehensive, high-quality sexual and reproductive health information and services that young people need to exercise the contraceptive choices that will influence the trajectory of their adult lives.

FEATURED PROJECTS

With support from Pathfinder technical experts, these young leaders—who are key drivers of project success and positive change—will tell their own stories about the empowering choices that created opportunities for livelihood development, higher education, and increased leadership in civil society. For implementers collaborating with young people toward improving access to contraception and family planning, we will also share resources and materials we hope will be useful for program development.
