Voices for Women’s Health in Nigeria

Pathfinder International Nigeria with support from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation is hosting the Voices for Women’s Health High-Level convening in partnership with She Forum Africa and Centre for Communication and Social Impact to deepen awareness and advance the health rights of women in Nigeria.

As Nigeria advances the process of leadership transition in view of the approaching May 29 handover date, and with 7 years to the 2030 target set by the United Nations for achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGS), the convening will bring together government officials, leaders of thought and health-sector professionals to review the critical state of women’s health in Nigeria, appraise progress, identify gaps, rally accelerated multi-sectoral support and solutions for furthering the Gender Mainstreaming agenda, while providing evidence-based reference for impactful decision-making as newly elected leaders assume office across tiers. REGISTER >>
