Following the Global Youth Forum held in Bali, this paper was written by Forum Facilitator Bruce Dick, with support from Pathfinder’s Evidence to Action (E2A) Project. The paper, which has a particular focus on intersectoral collaboration, explores and synthesizes the commonalities and crosscutting issues discussed in the five thematic papers around which the conference and resulting declaration were organized. The topics included: (1) staying healthy; (2) comprehensive education; (3) transitions to decent employment; (4) families, youth rights and sexuality; (5) fully inclusive civic participation.
