Chris Hicks is the Senior Vice President of Employer Growth at Maven Clinic, a digital health company providing telehealth-based support for women’s and family health. He has been at Maven since 2020, supporting the build-out of Maven’s family-building program and has taken a lead role in expanding Maven’s offering to hundreds of thousands of families outside of the United States. Maven Clinic currently provides support for individuals across more than 175 countries.
Immediately prior to joining Maven, Chris spent several years at WeWork, where he initially supported the company’s global expansion and later, as Vice President of Transformation, led a global team focused on developing a path to bring the company to profitability. Chris also has more than a decade of experience in management consulting where he supported dozens of clients on engagements related to strategic planning, operational effectiveness, and organizational transformation. Most recently, Chris joined the Boston Consulting Group in 2012 following his MBA and left the firm as a Principal in 2018.
Chris has lived and worked in Bahrain, Spain, Italy, and the Dominican Republic. He has a BA in Economics from Middlebury College and received an MBA and Master of Science in Sustainable Systems from the University of Michigan.
