Chief of Party, USAID Building Healthy Families Activity
Fayyaz is a seasoned manager with over 20 years of experience in health sector leadership. He specializes in technical program management, strategic communication, team building, donor relations, and financial oversight. Currently serving as Chief of Party for USAID’s Building Healthy Families project in Pakistan, he leads a team focused on improving maternal health outcomes. His previous roles include Chief of Party for health projects in the Philippines, Egypt, and Malawi, as well as Deputy Chief of Party in Zambia and Country Director for Johns Hopkins University in Pakistan. Fayyaz has a track record of delivering innovative, high-impact interventions, collaborating with diverse stakeholders to strengthen health systems and amplify family planning and maternal health efforts. Notably, he produced the groundbreaking feature film Bol (Speak Up), underscoring his commitment to leveraging private sector partnerships for public health initiatives.
