Mahesh Desai is an experienced leader in the technology services industry. Over the years, Mahesh has been a key architect of growth at Infosys, CGI and TietoEVRY, driving growth across Europe, USA and Asia as well as across industries including financial services, retail, telecommunications and the public sector delivering organisational transformation, growth, increased profitability and operational control.
As the Chief Relationship Officer (CRO) for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) regions of Rackspace Technology™, Mahesh leads the Public Cloud and its services across Application, Data & Security Services and also the Partnerships and Marketing functions. This includes being responsible for strategic alliances, acquisitions and customer relationships across the EMEA portfolio.
A strategic thinker and passionate technologist, Mahesh builds high-performance teams that propel reinvention and growth. Throughout his career, Mahesh has unlocked impact and development by empowering consumers and communities. He also takes great pride in championing inclusion and embedding this in the DNA of organisations.
Mahesh is a board member of Xynteo, a strategy and leadership consulting firm which sits at the vanguard of transforming companies to drive a new kind of growth. He graduated with an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering from the PSG College of Technology and is based in London.
