Deputy Chief, Innovation and Engagement
Natasha Sakolsky has more than 30 years of experience in the development and public health sectors and is an established leader in our field. She has provided leadership in strategic planning, organizational design, business performance, board management, and organizational change. She has helped multiple organizations build country-led structures and strategies that ensure programs and policy are informed and led by those they are intended to serve.
Natasha is Pathfinder’s Interim Chief, Innovation and Engagement. The teams under her supervision are accountable for areas including business development; technical services; monitoring, evaluation, and learning; digital innovation; and climate and health.
Prior to joining Pathfinder, Natasha worked in senior leadership positions at the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation, FHI 360, Abt Associates, Pact Institute, and Frontline AIDS. Natasha has supported programs in the US, Africa, the Caribbean, the Middle East, India, Myanmar, and Brazil, and has lived and worked in West and Central Africa on HIV and AIDS, family planning, and maternal and child health programs.
Natasha served in the Peace Corps in Central African Republic. She has a BA in Population and Development from Hampshire College and an MPH from Tulane University. She speaks French and English.
