Sheila has held senior leadership roles in the health care industry for Fortune 20 companies to community non-profits. With a financial background, she has been involved with over a dozen major mergers, integrations and acquisitions during her career and has a special affinity for creating value through innovative long-term relationships. Sheila uses her financial background to take the “mystery out of finance” so all leaders can effectively engage on implementing the company’s strategy with confidence that the financials will be where they need to be to achieve the company’s goals. She is a strong critical thinker with a passion for learning.
Sheila is active in several non-profit organizations making a difference in the community including a food shelf serving families in need with food, employment and housing assistance and a park conservancy to protect and enhance public community space.
Sheila has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and currently resides in Minnesota with her husband, Brian. She has two grown children.
