Terry Gamble Boyer

Terry Gamble Boyer is a writer and philanthropist. She is the co-founder and president of the Caldera Foundation. She focuses on the issues of climate change, energy, water and land management as well as nuclear proliferation and Israel/Palestine. She chairs the board of Ploughshares Fund and sits on the board of Island Press as well as the advisory boards of The Mesa Refuge, The Truman National Security Project, and Regeneration Power and Light. She served for nine years on the board and as board chair of both The San Francisco School and The Urban School of San Francisco.

Passionate about leaving a more just, secure, cleaner world for future generations, Terry is also the author of three novels: The Water Dancers, Good Family, and The Eulogist.
