Tim has retired as founder of Solutions Management, a national consulting firm focusing on strategic planning and market trends. Tim is an international speaker, consultant, mentor with a wide range of concepts, ideas, and interest. He has been a longtime supporter of Pathfinder and served on the Board for 9 years and was Vice-Chair. In addition to serving on numerous boards, he was a college trustee. He enjoys racket sports, works out daily, and is a nationally ranked squash player.
