Vânia Bueno Cury is a São Paulo based communication professional focused on human and organizational development. For more than 25 years she has been working strategically to improve the communication performance of leaders and organizations. During the last decade she has also been teaching in universities, contributing to the learning process, applying methodologies and techniques in dialogue, conflict transformation, emotional intelligence, systemic view, appreciative approach and applied ethics. Her work focuses on communication and behavior as conditions to human and organizational development producing positive impacts on governance, productivity and results.
