Global Risk Manager & Corporate Secretary
Vincent joined Pathfinder in 2021 as the Global Risk Manager, responsible for conducting risk assessments, ensuring compliance with applicable US and international laws and regulations, donor requirements, as well as internal policies, procedures, and standards of conduct. Vincent also supports our Board of Directors, facilitating information flow and decision making with Pathfinder’s leadership team.
Vincent has over 10 years of experience in international organizations such as Ernst & Young, Catholic Relief Services, and Coca Cola, where he worked with internal control reviews, fraud investigations, sexual exploitation and abuse investigations, training, and capacity building. His work involved field visits to project sites in countries such as Uganda, Kenya, South Sudan, and Tanzania.
